Please Note:
The rudder and tillers that we sell are for
Sunfish built from 1972 to present. Unfortunately, the manufacturer
is no longer making the old style (pre-1972) rudder/tiller assembly or
providing parts. For Sunfish with the old style we offer a rudder
conversion kit, which converts the old style to the new style and includes
everything needed for the new assembly (inspection port, backing plate,
gudgeon bracket, bolts, washers, nuts, silicone, rudder assembly, tiller
assembly with aluminum extension, etc.) It takes approximately three hours and
comes with thorough instructions. |
